Weekly Menu (3/30/14-4/5/14)

This week in our Bountiful Basket (which I share with my brother) we got:
  • lettuce
  • cauliflower
  • carrots
  • broccoli
  • cucumbers
  • butternut squash
  • strawberries
  • grapefruit
  • apples
The kids' breakfasts will consist of their choice of:
 and lunches will consist of:
  • Sandwiches (Peanut Butter and Jelly or Ham)
  • or Crackers, veggies, and hummus
  • chips or crackers
  • fruit (usually apples or bananas)
  • milk
Sunday:
  • breakfast: scrambled eggs and veggies
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: cucumber slices and hummus
  • dinner:
Monday:
  • breakfast: smoothie
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: veggies and hummus
  • dinner
Tuesday: 
  • breakfast: scrambled eggs and veggies
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: veggies and hummus
  • dinner:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
  • breakfast: scrambled eggs and veggies
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: apple
  • dinner:
Friday: We are headed down to my Sister's for the weekend :)
  • breakfast: smoothie
  • lunch: sandwiches or maybe we'll stop at Chick-fil-a
  • snack: apples and crackers
  • dinner: 
    • not sure, but not worried since my sister's family is just like ours in terms of diet. :)
Saturday: 
  • breakfast:  muffins
  • lunch: sandwiches
  • snack: apple slices and peanut butter
  • dinner: 
    • once again not sure, but it'll be good. :)
