Weekly Menu (2/19/12-2/25/12)

This week for breakfast: Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Homemade Yogurt (I'm really loving this, I've had it every morning lately), and Cereal

This week for school lunches: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Bananas, Orange slices, bananas, fruit snacks, chips, milk
This week for dinner: 
  • Roast with carrots, celery, and potatoes
  • Homemade rolls
  • Salad
  • Carrots, Celery and Broccoli with homemade Ranch
  • Clam Chowder
  • Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches (Daiya cheese for us Dairy-free people)
  • Salad
Tuesday:  I have a cooking class on Tamales that this is for the rest of the family, thought they may as well eat what I'll be eating.
  • Pork Tamales
  • Rice and Beans
  • Nachos (with Daiya cheese)
  • Salad
  • Chicken Sate (use GF soy sauce or coconut aminos)
  • Rice
  • Fresh Spring Rolls
  • Crepes filled with:
    • Ham and Scramble Eggs
    • Peanut Butter and Jelly
    • Various berries and bananas
Saturday: We are taking our kids to Monster Jam...they are sooo stinkin excited. :)
  • Red Robin (I've talked to all of the Red Robin's in Utah, they all carry Udi's buns and they all have separate fryers for the fries)
