Weekly Menu (2/26/12-3/3/12)

This week for breakfast: Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Homemade Yogurt (I'm really loving this, I've had it every morning lately), and Cereal

This week for school lunches: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Bananas, Orange slices, bananas, fruit snacks, chips, milk
This week for dinner: 
Sunday: We'll be at my Mother-in-law's :)
  • Roast with potatoes and gravy (made with corn starch)
  • Homemade rolls
  • Salad
  • Carrots, Celery and Broccoli with homemade Ranch
Monday: I have to work all evening, hence the quick dinner...
  • Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches (Daiya cheese for us Dairy-free people)
  • Salad
  • carrot and celery sticks with peanut and/or almond butter
  • apple slices
Tuesday: Once again, I'll be working all evening, so another easy night....
  • Pork Tamales
  • Rice and Beans
  • Nachos (with Daiya cheese)
  • Salad and carrot sticks
  • Chicken Tikka Masala
  • Basmati Rice
  • Sliced Mangoes
  • Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

  • Waffles
  • Sausage Patties
  • Hashbrowns
  • Kiwi and apple slices
    • Tacos
    • Salad
    • Carrots and Celery Sticks with Almond Butter
