Weekly Menu (3/9/14-3/15/14)

I apologize that the menu is going up so late.  I've had it done, but haven't had a chance to post it.  I love being this busy, but it's been hard keeping up on the blog.  Wonder what I'm doing?  I'm teaching classes on taking control of your health.  My next webinar happens to be tomorrow, Tuesday, at 8:45PM (MDT):  This webinar is on taking control of your hormones, and is my very favorite one to teach.  I also have another webinar coming up on the 25th, also at 8:45pm, on making over your medicine cabinet utilizing natural alternatives: .

Now on to the menu...

This week in our Bountiful Basket (which I share with my brother) we got:
  • carrots
  • celery
  • kale
  • cauliflower
  • spaghetti squash
  • apples
  • oranges
  • grapefruit
  • green chilies
  • jicama
  • Asian pears
  • pears
The kids' breakfasts will consist of their choice of:
 and lunches will consist of:
  • Sandwiches (Peanut Butter and Jelly or Ham)
  • or Crackers, veggies, and hummus
  • chips or crackers
  • fruit (usually apples or bananas)
  • milk
  • breakfast: scrambled eggs with veggies
  • lunch: sandwiches, celery sticks and hummus
  • snack: orange slices
  • dinner:
  • breakfast: scrambled eggs with veggies
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: veggies and hummus
  • dinner:
  • breakfast: smoothie
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: veggies and hummus
  • dinner:
  • breakfast: scrambled eggs and veggies
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack: apple
  • dinner:
    • French Toast
    • Ham Steaks
    • Hash browns
    • orange slices
  • breakfast: grapefruit and scrambled eggs
  • lunch: leftovers
  • snack:veggies and hummus
  • dinner:
