- snack: carrots and almond butter
- dinner:
- Grilled Steak
- Baked Potatoes/Sweet Potatoes

- snack: apple slices with peanut butter

- Tacos with homemade tortillas and Salsa Verde (I may use the chipotle peppers instead of jalapenos, and see how it turns out)
